Customized flange immersion heaters for electric heating of water tanks usually consist of heating tubes, flanges, and temperature control systems. The heating tube adopts nickel chromium alloy (Cr20Ni80) resistance wire, filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder for insulation and thermal conductivity. The material of the protective tube is generally stainless steel, titanium alloy, PTFE, etc., which is suitable for different liquid environments (such as corrosiveness and cleanliness requirements). Temperature control systems generally have integrated temperature sensors (PT100, thermocouples, and controllers) or can be configured with overheat protection and automatic power-off functions to prevent dry burning. Multi layer high-temperature resistant sealing gaskets (silicone, fluororubber) and mechanical seal design ensure no leakage at the flange and water tank interface.

Optional flange gaskets (PTFE, graphite, or rubber) ensure compatibility with different media and operating pressures (up to 25 bar).
