Installation Instructions

- Clean the outer surface of the drum to remove any dirt, oil, or debris that could prevent full contact between the heater and drum
- Wrap the heater around the lower portion of the drum (generally 1/3 up from the bottom for optimal heat distribution) ensuring the heating side faces the drum surface
- Secure the heater tightly to the drum using the included adjustable mounting straps, making sure there are no gaps between the heater and drum
- Set your desired working temperature on the thermostat dial
- Plug the power cord into a properly grounded outlet of the correct voltage, and the heater will automatically maintain your set temperature
For better energy efficiency and faster heat-up in very cold environments, we recommend adding an insulating blanket over the heater to reduce heat loss to the surrounding air.
