Product Features

 1.High cleanliness and biocompatibility:

1) Shell material: Stainless steel 316L or 304 is usually used. This type of austenitic stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance, smooth surface, is not easy to adsorb pollutants, and is easy to clean and disinfect.

2) Surface treatment: The surface of the shell will undergo electrolytic polishing or mechanical polishing to achieve a mirror or matte effect, reduce surface roughness and prevent bacterial growth

3)Insulation material: The internal magnesium oxide powder must be of high purity, impurity free medical grade to ensure that harmful substances are not released at high temperatures.

2.High precision and stability:

1) Medical equipment require extremely high temperature control. Medical grade single head tubes require high power accuracy and uniform heat generation to ensure that the temperature fluctuations of the heated medium (such as liquids and gases) are within a very small range.

2) The built-in thermocouple or thermistor has higher accuracy, timely feedback, and closely cooperates with the temperature control system of the equipment to achieve precise temperature control.

3.Fast response and high efficiency:

1) Medical equipment often requires rapid heating and cooling. The single head tube is filled with high resistance electric heating wire and dense magnesium oxide powder, which has high thermal conductivity efficiency and fast thermal response speed.
